Hi! I'm Grace Root

Our founder and head concierge, Grace Root, is passionate about customer service and providing the best possible experience for her clients. She founded Southern Magnolia Concierge with the intent of making life easier for her clients. Grace has been known as "Mama Grace" since high school and has always been a "helper". Born and raised in Asheville, NC, Grace loves the WNC mountains but UNCW was calling her name for college given it was at the beach. Twenty years later she's still here raising her family in this beautiful place we get to call home.
